Absolutely AMAZING big showroom with a fabulous selection of furniture and home accessories. All BEAUTIFULLY laid out and arranged PERFECTLY. The staff are so lovely, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They are definitely NOT pushy in any way or follow you around, but are within close distance IF you do require help. I would highly recommend Eric and Marion for advice and sales experience as they are both very professional but down to earth and they both definitely "know their stuff" 👌😊👍 11/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Annoyed that a few days after purchasing a footstool for £99 less 10% Black Friday discount I then saw it in 2 other shops for £79.99! Very disappointing!

Popped in today purchased a rug and called into the cafe for lunch .. wow! Best service I’ve ever experienced in a cafe, the food was really nice .. but I would definitely go back for the great service we got from Paul .. he definitely has people skills , so pleasant and helpful .. don’t lose him

Bought sofas worth £9000 bought 10 years warranty with it and now not replying back, Frustrated that big company and doing this to customers Before pandemic lockdown was told that engineer will come out and year in lock down Now they can’t find details and not helping. Many more similar complaints!!
